Payment Terms

All pre-paid orders will be paid in full 2 business days prior to event.

If payment terms are unable to be met in time, contact will be made with Café In A Box Pty Ltd prior to confirmation of order.

 
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received within five (5) business days prior to events commencing will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tax invoice.

Cancellations received within two (2) business days prior to events commencing will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tax invoice.

Refund Policy
If for some valid reason your not satisfied with our service / product we will be more then happy to refund your booking amount. This must be exercised during your service times.

Wedding Policy
"Cafe in a Box" is a bridezilla free workplace. We do not cater to wedding events.

At Cafe in a Box Pty Ltd we understand the importance of respecting and safe-guarding the privacy of our customers and visitors. We Will Never sell, rent or distribute the information that you submit on our website.  Irrespective of the nature of the personal information that you provide to us, you can be certain that we will handle it in a privacy-sensitive manner and we never share your information with a third party, unless we are required to use or disclose the personal information by law.
